Amy Woschek Schmidt’s work has been published or is forthcoming in Harpur Palate, Taproot, Radar Poetry, Tar River Poetry, Smartish PaceThe Florida Review, among others. She’s been nominated for numerous Pushcart Prizes and has been a finalist for the Janet McCabe Prize and the Beullah Rose Prize. She homesteads in northern Minnesota where snow is a given and sun is a gift. She lives there with her husband, daughter and bloodhound.
