Duncan Slagle is a queer poet and performer from Alaska & then Minneapolis. He currently attends the University of Wisconsin-Madison through the First Wave Scholarship. His manuscript Father Hunt was a finalist for Split Lip Press' 2018 Turnbuckle Chapbook Contest. His poems appear or are forthcoming in Glass, Up the Staircase Quarterly, Drunk in a Midnight Choir, Frontier Poetry, & Tinderbox Poetry Journal. He loves birds.
